NEOPIXEL POWER CUTOFF MODULE

The Neopixel Power Cutoff module is an easy way to shut off power to your LEDs, to help save your battery energy while your car is idle. This will improve battery life, improve LED reliability, reduce LED flicker, and help to maximize the LED brightness. The Neopixel Power Cutoff module is compatible with both 5V and 12V variations of neopixels. The Neopixel Power Injector also eliminates the need to connect the +5V power supply to the green screw terminal on the BlueGhozt module by back-feeding power in through the output connections.

Note: This version currently available is PARTIALLY ASSEMBLED. Relay and capacitor come pre-soldered, but soldering is required to attach the connectors to the board.

Example 1: A neopixel power cutoff module is connected at the output of the BlueGhozt module. This provides power to the BlueGhozt module while adding additional bulk capacitance to the setup and cutting off power to the LEDs when they are not in use.

Example 2: A Power Cutoff module is installed near the BlueGhozt along with Power Injector modules (sold separately) in each headlight close to the LEDs. This distributes power efficiently to the LEDs, provides power to the BlueGhozt module, adds additional bulk capacitance to the setup, and cuts off power to the LEDs when they are not in use.
