Do you have express shipping?

We offer express shipping choices to accommodate customers needing fast delivery of their orders, ensuring timely arrival. Our shipping services cover nearly every country worldwide through Australia Post and other couriers. Customers can select between standard and express shipping methods.

How long is delivery?

Our warehouse in Melbourne handles all order processing and shipping. Delivery times typically range from the next day to 6 or more business days, depending on your location.

For domestic shipping times:

Standard: 2+ business days
Express: Next day*

For international shipping times:

Standard: 6+ business days
Express: 2-4 business days

What's the shipping cost?

We provide two shipping alternatives for Australian orders for your convenience. During checkout, you can select regular mail for $10.99 or express shipping for $13.99. Bulky items like headlights and tail light assemblies can be expedited for $25.

Can I receive a delivery call?

While we don't offer delivery calls as a standard service, you can request one during checkout or by contacting our customer support team. We'll do our best to accommodate your request and inform you about your delivery.

What if there's no safe drop-off spot?

Our shipments have a "sign on delivery" option to ensure nothing is left unattended on your doorstep. If there's no one available to sign for the package, it will be held at your local post office for collection. Should you encounter any difficulties locating your package, please contact us, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Where do you ship to?

We utilise Australia Post services to ship to nearly every country worldwide, offering standard and express shipping options. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not incorporated into the item price or shipping fees and are the buyer's responsibility. All orders will be dispatched using the "Signature on Delivery" option provided by Australia Post.
