These bolt-on breather vents are the perfect solution - It'll let moisture out, and not let any of it in.
Simply drill a 12mm hole on the top half of your housing, insert the threaded section of the vent in, and then tighten it with the metal nut from the inside of the housing.
These are worth the peace of mind for the final stretch of your custom build you've worked hard on!
